We sincerely apologize for the unexpected unloading fee charged upon delivery. We understand this has caused inconvenience, and take this matter very seriously. After investigating with our logistics team, we’ve learned that this fee was imposed by the local delivery crew for unloading services, which were not included in our original shipping arrangement. According to “Incoterms 2020” , DDP does not cover unloading and hoisting services.
